UP Matrix ScorecardLast updated: April 2026
HealthLearn
HealthLearn's intervention is fundamentally unproven, with mixed results on behavior chage during the pilot. However, its scalability and ability to be a 'turnkey' solution, alongside its commercial revenue stream, make it an exciting-but-risky bet. We think an RCT of their work is a priority, to establish its ability to change behaviours and health coutcomes on the frontline.
